We have a vacancy for a Personal Injury Fee Earner. The suitable candidate will run their own caseload of RTA Personal Injury claims. This will consist of both OIC and MOJ Portal matters. The candidate should be capable of handling their own caseload from beginning to end whilst delivering excellent client care and meeting realistic billing targets. This role will suit someone who has exceptional organisational and excellent file handling skills.
Required Skills and Experience
- An ability to manage and organise your own caseload.
- Minimum 12 months’ experience of handling your own RTA caseload-OIC and MOJ portal matters.
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Capable of handling your own caseload with minimum supervision.
- Good technical ability and enthusiastic.
- Experience using Proclaim cases management system would be beneficial.
