Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: 9:00am to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday
A well-established law firm in Sheffield is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ PQE to join its growing commercial property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor, Commercial Property Lawyer or Legal Executive looking for a role with responsibility, client contact and the opportunity to support and develop more junior members of the team.
The Role
You will manage your own varied commercial property caseload, acting for a range of clients on a broad range of commercial property matters.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion

Advising clients on a range of commercial property matters
-
Handling transactions with a high level of autonomy and responsibility

Building and maintaining strong client relationships
-
Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice

Managing your own workload and meeting deadlines
-
Working closely with colleagues across the wider legal team

Supporting, mentoring and developing junior members of the commercial property team

Contributing to the continued growth and development of the commercial property department
About You
You will be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with:

At least 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property

Strong experience managing a commercial property caseload independently
-
Excellent client care and communication skills
-
Strong organisational and time management skills
-
The ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines
-
Good IT skills and attention to detail
-
The confidence to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
-
An interest in supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
