We are looking for a Team leader to join our fabulous bunch.
Strong climbing skills necessary, primarily because you will be teaching the newer members and you can teach better if you know what you are doing! Must be prepared to carry out all aspects of arb work, including hedges and teach a good work ethos including excellent cleanup and customer care.
Candidate to have attention to detail, an eye for pruning (pruning will usually need to be to BS3998) and be customer focused. Formal certifications to accompany climbing / chainsaw must be provided.
Days flexible for the right candidate, part time up to full.
Small, friendly team and good pay, well equipped with machinery including Merlo Roto with grapple head, mini loader etc.
