Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Multi-Site Cleaning Operative to maintain high standards across several of our hospitality venues in the North East.
Our venues include busy cafés, bars and restaurants across Newcastle and the surrounding areas. This role involves working across multiple locations, so a full driving licence, access to a vehicle and the ability to travel reliably between venues are essential.
WORKING HOURS
The role will mainly involve early-morning and weekend shifts. Applicants must be comfortable starting work before our venues open and should have good availability across Saturdays and Sundays.
Additional hours may be available depending on the needs of the business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning customer areas, bars, toilets, kitchens and staff areas
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning and sanitising surfaces and customer touchpoints
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Completing scheduled deep-cleaning tasks
- Replenishing cleaning products and customer supplies
- Reporting maintenance issues or low stock levels conversation,
- Following cleaning schedules and health and safety procedures
- Ensuring every venue is clean, presentable and ready to open
- Travelling between venues when required
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Is available for early-morning and weekend shifts
- Can work independently and manage their time effectively
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is comfortable working across different venues
- Has previous commercial cleaning experience, preferably within hospitality
- Holds a full driving licence and has access to a vehicle
