Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily travel booking workflows, customer requests, and itinerary updates
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, hotels, transport providers, and internal teams
- Monitor booking accuracy, payment updates, travel documents, and service timelines
- Support customer enquiries, issue resolution, and service follow-ups
- Prepare reports, booking summaries, schedules, and operational updates
- Assist with team coordination, task planning, and service quality monitoring
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
- Support clear communication to keep travel arrangements organised and timely
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in travel services, booking coordination, tourism, hospitality, customer service, or operations support
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with travel suppliers, booking platforms, customers, or service delivery teams is an advantage

Pay: £42,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
