We are launching our active growth phase and seeking an ambitious Influencer Marketing & Affiliate Manager to drive user acquisition through creators, TikTokers, promotional campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creator & Influencer Outreach: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with TikTokers, Instagram creators, and YouTubers to promote the AMAI app.
- Affiliate Network Growth: Onboard influencers and creators to our referral program (creators receive a percentage per subscriber, and you earn a commission on generated revenue).
- Cold Outreach & Campaigns: Build and execute targeted promotional campaigns and email outreach to recruit content creators.
- Viral Traffic Generation: Leverage creative and viral marketing mechanics to drive continuous app downloads and premium subscriptions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of referral models, CPA/RevShare systems, and creator recruitment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to deal with influencers and creators.
- High self-organization, proactivity, and a strong drive for financial results.
