Big Car WORLD is an independent, growing used car retailer with over 300 vehicles across 3 branches in the Leicestershire area. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Staff to join our team, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and trust with customers quickly and effectively.
- Assist customers with vehicle viewings, test drives, and guide them through the sales process.
- Communicate with finance companies to process sales and finance applications.
- Prepare and manage online adverts for vehicles.
- Provide high-level customer service and ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Offer finance products and other add-ons to increase earnings.
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident, ambitious, and self-motivated individual.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent administration skills.
- Ability to work with systems and computers.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Smart appearance and professional attitude.
- Previous experience in sales is desirable but not essential.
