We are a reputable local security company based in South East London, providing professional security services across licensed venues and events. We are currently looking for a reliable, experienced, and professional Security Officer / Door Supervisor to join our growing team.
Essential Requirements
- Valid Frontline SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Proven experience working in pubs, clubs, and events
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and venue policies.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property.
- Carry out thorough ID checks to verify age and identity.
- Conduct searches in line with SIA guidelines and company procedures.
- Control access and monitor entry and exit points.
- Identify, prevent, and manage conflict using effective communication and de-escalation techniques.
- Remain vigilant to detect suspicious behaviour, unauthorised access, or potential threats, taking appropriate action when required.
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries and concerns.
- Work closely with venue management and clients to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Record and report incidents accurately, completing detailed incident reports when necessary.

Requirements
- Valid Frontline SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Previous experience as a Door Supervisor within pubs, clubs, and events (essential).
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
