We’re looking for a dynamic Supervisor to join our current team in helping to lead our complex, fast-paced operations and drive the performance of our incredible team.
The Role
As a Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations. Reporting to the AGM and General Manager, you will manage shift flow, lead staff, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Lead seamless shifts, manage bar resources, and oversee site maintenance and security to ensure a premium customer atmosphere.
- Leadership: Brief, train, and motivate the team; address performance issues proactively and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Financials: Handle till checks, and stock control and an understanding of our BOH systems.
- Strategy: Drive guest satisfaction, manage social media insights, and implement revenue-increasing incentives.
- Compliance & Admin: Ensure strict adherence to Licensing, Food Safety, and Fire Health & Safety regulations across the site.
