Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Plant Hire Manager to lead our equipment rental operations and drive growth within our plant hire division. In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of plant hire services, from procurement and fleet management to customer relations and process optimization. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality equipment solutions that meet client needs while maximizing profitability. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end plant hire process, including equipment procurement, maintenance, and disposal, ensuring optimal fleet utilization and profitability.
- Supervise a team of staff to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Coordinate to optimize delivery schedules, receiving operations, and supply chain efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process workflows, reduce costs, and improve safety protocols across all operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members involved in plant hire activities.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in equipment rental management roles.
- Ability to analyze profit & loss data to make informed operational decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £34,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
