Wolf Builders & Joiners are looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Builder to join our expanding Manchester-based team. We undertake a wide range of projects across residential properties, hospitals, commercial buildings and refurbishment works, so no two days are the same. The Role The successful candidate should have experience in some or all of the following:
General building works
Masonry patching
Structural and non-structural partition/masonry wall removal
Construction of timber and metal partition walls
Basic drylining systems Plasterboarding
General refurbishment and renovation works
Working independently and as part of a team
Essential Requirements :
Full, clean UK driving licence
Valid CSCS card
Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
Positive, can-do attitude
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail High standard of workmanship
Good communication skills and a professional manner
Strong commitment to Health & Safety
Legal right to work in the UK

Desirable Experience:
Experience working within live hospital environments or occupied residential properties would be advantageous, although full training will be provided where required.

Additional Information
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with overtime and occasional weekend work available. Occasional travel across Greater Manchester and surrounding areas may be required. Applicants should have their own basic hand & power tools. Specialist equipment will be provided. Successful applicants may be required to undergo a DBS check due to the nature of some of our healthcare contracts.
