**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a vigilant Door Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
**Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
- Respond to alarms and security incidents
- Provide assistance to customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Enforce property regulations and city ordinances
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position
- Knowledge of basic first aid procedures
- Strong communication skills to interact with a diverse group of individuals
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in loss prevention techniques
- First aid certification
