We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and oversee the housekeeping team in Oxford City Center. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and organised environment for all site staff and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 10-20 operatives.
- General site cleaning (welfare areas, offices, walkways)
- Removal of waste and debris
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
- Following site rules and health & safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous supervisor experience preferred
- Good communication and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
