B2B Educators UK is seeking an experienced and motivated Teacher of Business Management to join our academic team in Romford, London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Level 3 Business Management programmes and supporting the delivery of relevant professional training in areas such as Leadership & Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Customer & Client Care, Operations Management and Employability Skills.
The role includes lesson planning, classroom delivery, learner support, assessment, progress monitoring, preparation of teaching materials and maintaining academic and awarding body standards.
Candidates should have a relevant qualification in Business, Management, Commerce, Project Management or a related subject, together with suitable teaching, training or professional business experience.
Salary: £34,500–£44,500 per year

Course allocation will depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience and awarding-body requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Business Management lessons to adult learners.
- Deliver Level 3 Business Management and other approved business-related qualifications.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, learning materials and classroom activities.
- Deliver professional training workshops in relevant business and management subjects.
- Support learners with assignments, projects and academic development.
- Assess learner progress and provide clear and constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessment and learner-progress records.
- Support learners in developing business, management, leadership and employability skills.
- Use digital learning tools and Microsoft Office applications to support teaching and learning.
- Work with the academic and quality teams to ensure programme delivery meets awarding body and internal quality requirements.
- Participate in curriculum development, standardisation, staff meetings and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive and professional learning environment.
- Follow safeguarding, equality, health and safety and organisational policies.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Business, Management, Commerce, Project Management or a closely related subject.
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles.
- Experience in teaching, training, staff development or an education/training environment.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare professional teaching and learning materials.
- Good digital skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively with adult learners from diverse backgrounds.
Pay: £34,500.00-£44,500.00 per year
