What is the role?
To support Xpedite’s expanding business sector, we are looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join our Team. As part of this role you will have the exciting opportunity to work on contracts that we hold with the MOD (Ministry of Defence), this includes Surface Ships, Commercial Ships and Submarines. As a Technical Support Administrator your responsibilities will include;
- Populate and amend data within customer and organisational databases.
- Interpreting and manipulating technical data to support review, decision-making and further analysis.
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
- Providing Quality Assurance.
- Analysing spreadsheets.
- Formulating reports, proof reading and conducting quality checks.
- Supporting a variety of technical and commercial meetings.
- Collating monthly reports.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and reliable team member, who demonstrates the following skills:
- Excellent organisational and time keeping skills;
- Ability to prioritise workload for self and others;
- Excellent eye for detail;
- Confident using Microsoft Applications;

It should be noted that to be considered for this role, you must be a UK national and eligible to hold UK Security Clearance at SC level.
