Summary
We are seeking a Site Manager / Project Coordinator to oversee construction projects and coordinate activities on-site. Based in Port Talbot this role is vital in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 to track progress and resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor project budgets and report on progress.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays.
- Maintain detailed project documentation.
- Qualifications
- Proven management experience in construction or related fields.
- Supervising experience on building sites.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
- Valid relevant certifications or licenses preferred.
