The role
You'll live in your client's home, providing dedicated one-to-one support that enables them to remain safe, independent and comfortable in familiar surroundings.
No two placements are the same, but you may support with:
- Personal care
- Medication administration
- Meal and refreshments preparation
- Light household duties
- Shopping and appointments
- Mobility and daily routines
- Companionship, conversation and emotional support
You'll have the time to build genuine relationships and deliver care the way it should be—person-centred, compassionate and unhurried.
What we're looking for
You'll have:
- At least 6 months' professional Live-in Care experience
- A genuine passion for supporting older people
- A caring, compassionate and respectful approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude
- The right to work in the UK (we're unable to offer sponsorship)
A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are desirable but not essential.
