Remington Clinics is expanding its Leadership & Professional Development portfolio and is building a new Associate Faculty of experienced facilitators, coaches and leadership professionals.
We are looking for engaging and credible individuals who are passionate about developing others and creating high-quality learning experiences.
Our Associate Leadership Facilitators will support the delivery of structured leadership development programmes for professionals working across health and care, alongside wider leadership and professional development opportunities as our portfolio grows.
This is a flexible associate opportunity and may suit experienced facilitators, lecturers, tutors, coaches, organisational development professionals, leadership practitioners or professionals who deliver learning and development alongside another role.
You do not need to be a healthcare professional to apply.
Successful applicants will receive programme-specific onboarding and facilitator development before commencing delivery.
The Role
As an Associate Leadership Facilitator, you will help create engaging, inclusive and reflective learning environments that enable participants to develop their leadership capability and apply their learning in practice.
Depending on the programme, responsibilities may include:
- Facilitating interactive virtual leadership workshops.
- Supporting participants to reflect on their leadership practice and professional development.
- Facilitating group discussions, experiential learning and reflective activities.
- Using coaching and facilitative approaches rather than relying solely on traditional classroom teaching.
- Encouraging participants to challenge assumptions, explore different perspectives and translate learning into practice.
- Supporting action learning and other non-didactic approaches to development where appropriate.
- Creating an inclusive and psychologically safe environment in which participants can contribute openly.
- Working collaboratively with other members of the Remington Associate Faculty.
- Preparing for programme sessions and familiarising yourself with programme materials.
- Participating in facilitator briefings, onboarding, development and quality assurance activities.
- Providing feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of programme delivery.
- Supporting participants through blended learning programmes where required.
- Representing Remington Clinics professionally when working with participants, clients and partner organisations.
