We’re growing our Key Accounts Team with an Account Manager who will own a portfolio of smaller key accounts and drive organic growth through outstanding service.
What you’ll do
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong, long-term relationships and delivering a seamless client experience.
- Hold regular client meetings (in person and via Teams) to review performance, compliance, and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with Service and Repairs to ensure planned maintenance, call-outs, and remedial works are completed on time, with clear updates through the right channels.
- Monitor Joblogic daily and maintain accurate records and reports (call-outs, service performance, repairs) using Excel.
- Advise Service of monthly services due for your accounts and track completion.
- Handle client queries promptly, taking ownership to resolution with proactive communication to customers, engineers, and internal teams.
- Work as part of a close-knit Key Accounts team, providing cover to ensure continuity during absences.
- Manage client financials: source and manage purchase orders, understand client year-end cycles and budgets, and identify capex, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across products and services.
- Uphold professional standards at all times, representing Sheridan Lifts with integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a high-pressure service environment; lift industry or building services background is ideal, but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident client-facing presence (in-person and remote).
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Proven collaboration across departments to meet deadlines and SLAs.
- Systems proficiency: Joblogic (or similar CAFM), Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Professional conduct: reliability, accountability, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
