The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service & Supply Chain Co-ordinator who’s excited to bring their skills and ideas to the table. In this role, you’ll be maintaining master data, processing accounts, preparing import orders. Your role will also include creating and invoicing orders and general support to the Damm Uk commercial team when required.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Order creation, invoicing, and credit control
· Maintenance of Master Data
· Process accounts; incoming payments; credits and debits in compliance with financial policies and procedures
· Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
· Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
· Process and administration of imports and exports
· Preparing and confirming import orders with the Barcelona Export office in conjunction with Logistics; Demand Planning and 3PL
· Inventory Management
· Customer Order Capture, entry into Damm UK systems and pass to 3PL for delivery execution
· Supply Chain Liaison with major UK Customers and Damm UK sales teams
· Advising stock availability, estimated time of arrival of goods to the customer
· Sending samples as required to customers, agents, or suppliers
· Support to the Damm UK commercial team as required
· Customer Service Communications
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Technical Expertise
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Apps
· Experience of SAP or other ERP system
· Experience of working with 3PL Logistics; Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
· Some experience with EDI and Online Portals
· Ability to effectively interpret and manipulate data for reporting
· Efficient record keeping and communication management
Supply chain & Operational Knowledge
· Inventory & Supply Chain Planning
· Customer Service
· Familiar with KPIs; SLAs; and SOP’s
· Some understanding of HMRC Customs Excise documentation and requirements for beer and non-alcoholic products
· Good UK Geographical knowledge
