Ace Roofing Solutions Sussex Ltd is looking for a reliable and hardworking Roofing Labourer to join our expanding team. We carry out a wide range of domestic and commercial roofing work, including roof replacements, roof repairs, flat roofing, leadwork, fascias, soffits, guttering, and more.
This isn’t just another labouring role. We’re looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in roofing. If you have the right attitude and work ethic, we’ll invest in you and teach you the trade, with the opportunity to progress into a fully qualified roofer.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting experienced roofers on a variety of roofing projects
- Loading and unloading materials
- Keeping sites clean, organised and safe
- Learning roofing techniques and industry best practices
- Using a range of tools and equipment under supervision
- Supporting the team to deliver high-quality workmanship
What We’re Looking For
- Roofing experience is preferred but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Comfortable working outdoors and at height
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred, but not essential
