Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their needs
- Assist customers with product inquiries related to gardening and horticulture, offering expert advice when needed
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays, ensuring products are well-stocked and organized according to merchandising standards
- Support inventory management by receiving shipments, updating stock levels, and conducting regular stock checks
- Communicate effectively with diverse customers in English and Spanish to enhance their shopping experience
- Keep the store environment clean, safe, and welcoming by adhering to organizational standards
- Promote gardening products and seasonal items to boost sales and customer satisfaction
Skills
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Passion for gardening and horticulture, with knowledge of plant care, tools, and related products
- Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members
- Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels, displays, and store cleanliness efficiently

Pay: £13.00-£13.25 per hour
