This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual to join our Commissioning and Contracts Team within Children and Family Services. As a Service Organiser, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing essential functions, including short breaks, specialist education placements, referrals to the STARS project, and 16+ supported accommodation.
In this role, you will:

Coordinate and manage the functions of the Commissioning and Contracts Team.

Support the delivery of short breaks and specialist education placements.

Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely data entry.

Draft letters and reports, communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Monitor compliance with audit and procurement requirements.

Collaborate with colleagues, providers, and the public to enhance service delivery.

Alert managers to any issues affecting performance and service quality.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with the NCC Mosaic system.

Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.

A background in social care, housing, or the third sector.

Experience in using management information systems to monitor outcomes.
