THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION
Rotas will include a mixture of the following shifts
Day shift, Night shift & Sleep ins – sleeps paid an additional £70

Your Role –
· Provide high-quality, person-centred care to children and young people
· Support children and young people with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours
· Respond effectively in crisis situations, providing calm, consistent support
· Promote positive routines, structure, and stability
· Work collaboratively with care teams, contributing to care plans
· Encourage and support access to education, health services, and community activities
· Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours in line with care plans, risk assessments
· Ensure the home or placement setting is safe, clean, and welcoming
You must –
· Have experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviours
· Have a Full UK Driving License
· Have a genuine passionate for providing quality care
· Excellent communication and relationship building skills
· A commitment to safeguarding, professionalism, and delivering care that puts the young person first
· Willing to work towards Level 3 Diploma in Residential Children & Young People or hold this qualification
· Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours
· Be flexible in completing a range of shifts

Pay: £29,120.00-£30,160.00 per year
