We are looking for a proactive and organised Facilities and Administration Co-ordinator to oversee housing management, facilities, and administrative functions within our Lifehouse service.
You will play a key role in ensuring a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment, while supporting the delivery of high-quality services to residents and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Manage facilities, maintenance, and administration across the service

Ensure compliance with health & safety, housing, and statutory requirements

Oversee repairs, contractor management, and site maintenance

Lead on risk assessments and Safe Mission practices

Monitor budgets, invoices, and financial records
-
Manage tenancy/licence agreements and void turnaround
-
Collect and analyse data, producing reports for management and external bodies

Support inspections and ensure high service standards

Line manage and support staff development where required
About You
You’ll be a detail-oriented professional with strong organisational and problem-solving skills. You will bring:

Experience in facilities, housing, or administration management

Knowledge of health & safety legislation and risk assessment processes

Strong IT, reporting, and data analysis skills

Experience managing staff or contractors

Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders
