We are looking for proactive and detail oriented assistant to support our logistics operations team on 6 months fixed-term contract in North London, Hendon
About the role
You will be assisting the Head of Operations with daily supply chain administration, courier coordination, inventory tracking and targeted project work to maintain efficiency and drive operational productivity.
Main Responsibilities & duties:
- Support stock delivery, inventory capacity and order fulfilment
- Ensure products and packaging comply with domestic and international market regulations
- Liaise with couriers to ensure smooth delivery, authorise invoices and resolve queries
- Coordinate with sales channels to support order delivery timelines
- Provide administrative support to operations team
- Support operational issue resolution and assist with project work
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on promotional rules and policy compliance
- Maintain accurate inventory records across software systems and offline channels
Skills / Attributes required:
Essential
- Strong organisational, problem solving and time management skills
- High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work at pace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite
Desirable
- Experience of using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software
- Practical experience in software driven inventory coordination
- Previous operations or administrative experience

This is an entry-level position paying National Minimum Wage based on statutory age brackets. Applicants are required to have the legal right to work in the UK.
