About the Role
Midlands Foxes Football Academy is looking for enthusiastic, motivated football coaches to join our growing academy programme in Evesham.
This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring and developing coaches who want hands-on experience in a professional football academy environment, working with children aged 6–13 years and learning from our highly experienced coaching staff.
Whether you are building your coaching pathway or already experienced, we offer a supportive environment with clear development opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver fun, structured and engaging coaching sessions in line with our Player Development Programme
- Coach players aged 6–13, supporting both technical and personal development
- Monitor and assess player performance during training and matches
- Provide written and verbal feedback to the Centre Manager
- Manage teams on match days where required
- Communicate professionally with parents and guardians
- Support scouting and recruitment activity when appropriate

We are keen to hear from coaches who bring energy, passion and a desire to develop, even if you are early in your coaching journey.
Essential Requirements:
- Good football knowledge (full training provided)
- FA Safeguarding / Child Protection Certificate
- FA Emergency First Aid Certificate
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Desire to learn and progress as a coach
- Based in the UK
- Able to travel to the venue (within 40 minutes of Evesham)
Desirable (Not Essential):
- FA Level 1 / UEFA C or above
- FA Youth Modules 1–3
- Experience in an academy or elite coaching environment
- Full UK driving licence
We strongly encourage applications from developing coaches — you do not need elite experience to apply.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £14.00-£40.00 per hour
