Our client is a specialist executive search firm working with Private Equity funds, Investment Managers and their portfolio businesses. Rather than traditional recruitment, the business advises clients on high-level appointments through detailed research, market intelligence and targeted headhunting.

The role
- Mapping companies, teams and senior professionals to establish the relevant talent pool for each search
- Producing longlists, candidate profiles and detailed market intelligence for clients
- Approaching and interviewing prospective candidates to assess experience, motivation and suitability
- Supporting Consultants throughout searches, including client meetings, candidate feedback and final assessment
Requirements
- Recent graduate with 2:1 or 1st and evidence of achievement outside your degree
- Excellent A Level results
- Naturally inquisitive with strong research and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Mature, resilient and comfortable working across multiple projects
