Warehouse Operative (with Optional Soldering Support) – Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £25,400 – £26,000
Location: On-site (In Person)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

All LED LTD is a fast-growing company delivering high-quality LED lighting solutions. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team.
This role primarily focuses on general warehouse duties but also offers the opportunity to support with soldering tasks when needed. While soldering experience is not required, it will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with accuracy and care
- Receive deliveries and manage stock using internal IT systems
- Unload containers when deliveries arrive
- Support with soldering LED strips if needed (full training provided)
- Provide customised soldering services as per customer needs when required
- Maintain tools and ensure a clean, safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Follow all health and safety protocols
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse operations (order fulfilment, goods receipt)
- Soldering experience is an advantage but not required (training provided if needed)
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Basic IT skills for processing deliveries and stock control
- Physically fit and able to lift/move goods and unload containers
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential
- Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
