Job Title: Class C Driver
Location: Central Supplies, Halesowen, B63 2QU
Salary: Starting at £13.55 per hour, increasing for applicants with valid FLT licence
Working Hours: Mon to Thu 11.30 – 20:00 and Fri 10:30 – 19:00

Distribution is made from our purpose built 31,500 sq. ft. warehouse situated within close proximity to Birmingham by our own fleet of chilled vehicles and additionally through a nationwide satellite depot distribution infrastructure provided by a partner sister Company. The Role
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive safely and responsibly, following driving regulations and company policies
· Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries
· Provide excellent customer service at every delivery
· Multi-drop deliveries to various customers with different delivery methods
· Handle and deliver frozen and chilled products efficiently
· Perform manual handling tasks, including loading and unloading stock
· Collect, carry, and count cash in line with internal procedures
· Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
· Maintain accurate records of deliveries, cash handling, and vehicle checks
What We’re Looking For:
· A valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record
· CPC licence
· At least 1 years’ current experience driving an LGV(essential)
· Experience in multi-drop deliveries is an advantage
· Strong awareness of safe driving standards
· Confident navigating different routes and areas
· Good communication and customer service skills
· Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
· Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
· Flexibility to work various hours including rostered weekends (approx 1 in 5 Saturdays)
· A positive can-do attitude and a commitment to getting the job done
