Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, breakfast meats, and other morning favorites with efficiency and flair
- Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in every dish
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, adhering strictly to food safety standards at all times
- Assist in meal prep tasks such as chopping, portioning ingredients, and setting up cooking stations for service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy breakfast hours
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate supply needs to management promptly
- Serve dishes to guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive dining experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
- Hands-on kitchen experience with proficiency in meal preparation techniques for breakfast items
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward serving guests
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is highly valued
