Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and successful team . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with estate agency or lettings experience who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and securing lets
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Generating new business opportunities
- Supporting the team with the day-to-day running of the branch
- Delivering a first-class customer experience throughout the lettings process
About You
- Previous experience within estate agency or lettings preferred
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
- Well organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
