We are seeking a skilled Event Bartenders to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of hospitality and a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring food safety, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders in a friendly manner.
- Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills for calculations.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle peak service periods effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer facing role.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and customer service best practices.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
