We are looking for a Technician (Parking Management) to support the work of the Parking Management & Public Transport Infrastructure team.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of parking appeals, dealing with both formal and informal representations. You will analyse parking enforcement activity, produce reports, and help identify areas for improvement.
You will prepare evidence and reports for submission to the Parking Tribunal Service and, where required, represent the service at adjudication hearings.
The role also involves responding to enquiries, including Freedom of Information requests, liaising with external partners, and supporting colleagues in the delivery of parking management services.
You will contribute to reviewing enforcement activity, identifying errors and supporting continuous improvement across the service.
This post is eligible for blended working. While much of the role can be carried out remotely, you will be expected to attend offices twice weekly and sites across Fife as required.

Educated to SCQF Level 5, which includes National 5, SVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
