Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have the legal right to work in the UK (please note that Sharingly Nursing Agency does not offer visa sponsorship).
- Hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care for Senior Carer position (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
- A satisfactory PVG check.
- Have at least six months of paid UK care experience gained within the previous two years.
- Be competent and experienced in the safe administration of medication (where applicable)
- Demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care with compassion, professionalism, integrity, and respect.
- Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
