Early morning cleaner
Weekly shift is wednesday 5.00am to 8.300am thursday 5.00am to 8.30am friday 5.00am to 8.30am saturday 5.00am to 8.30am total hrs are 14hrs paid weekly
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities are welcoming, safe, and well-maintained for both staff and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, restrooms, and communal spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure effective cleaning while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean environment.
- Dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to health and safety regulations.
