Workshop Controller At MJS Lurgan

MJS Garage Services has been serving the local motoring community for 14 years and counting. We run a systemised, dealership standard workshop across our Dungannon and Lurgan sites without the corporate feel. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Workshop Controller to take ownership of workflow at our Lurgan site.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating job sheets for technicians and delegating work across the workshop
- Managing the day's workflow to keep the shop running at a fast, efficient pace
- Coordinating with the sales department to allocate sales vehicles into the workshop for prep
- Overseeing parts in and parts returns processes
- Working closely with customers to keep them updated and satisfied
- Maintaining our high standards for workmanship and workshop organisation
What we're looking for:
- Experience running or supervising a workshop, ideally in a fast paced garage or dealership environment
- Strong organisational skills you'll be juggling multiple jobs, technicians and deadlines at once
- Confidence delegating and holding technicians accountable to a schedule
- A customer-focused mindset we are a customer first business

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
