Seasonal Warehouse Operative
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 24th December
Rate of Pay: 18-20yrs £12.05ph / 21yrs + £12.71
Hours: Between 8:00am and 6:00pm
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy logistics site. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Emptying and loading containers safely and efficiently.
- Lifting, carrying, and moving heavy loads of up to 25kg for prolonged periods of time.
- Sorting, moving, and organising stock within the warehouse.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets.
- Following all health and safety procedures on site.
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 25kg.
- Comfortable with manual handling and physically demanding work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not essential.
- Access to own vehicle - remote site (no public transport)
