Diamond Heaven are looking for Luxury Sales Executives to work in our Newcastle store.
Over the last 13 years Diamond Heaven has grown from a small website based company to one of a leading fine diamond jewellery company with several locations in Hatton Garden London, Birmingham Jewellery Quarter, Manchester City Centre, Leeds City Centre, Glasgow, Cardiff, Liverpool, Belfast, Newcastle, Dublin, Norwich, Southampton, Chelmsford and Guildford.
We are now looking for a Sales Executive who can provide an excellent level of customer service within a busy retail environment and have very good customer experience orientated attitude.
With many of our clients choosing diamond jewellery, it will be your responsibility to ensure we guide them to their desired item providing all the advice they require along the way.
We are committed to offering not only the finest range of diamond jewellery, but also the highest level of customer service in the industry.
We are seeking 1 full time member to join the pre-existing team of 3!
Salary is in line with industry standards along with an attractive commission structure.
Ideally you will be independently motivated, capable of managing your own clients, and also assisting the team where necessary. It is essential that there is a focus on a high conversion rate but also in customer experience, whilst maintaining a professional approach at all times.

Day to day tasks will be providing a friendly welcome to all customers; giving advice on products, completing sales, carrying out admin work and visual merchandising.
Please note that applicants must be able to work weekends as these are our peak times of business.
