Pulpo Negro is a Tapas restaurant & cellar bar in the beautiful town of Alresford, near Winchester. We serve modern tapas, beautiful cocktails & have an eclectic wine/sherry list.
We are looking for an experienced bar person to run the bar & to help the front of house.
Hours would be approx. 26 per Wednesday - Saturday working week.
A combination of day & evening shifts, weekend shifts required.
We require a person who is enthusiastic and can work well in a small team.
Exceptional customer service, punctual & hard working individual needed to work under pressure.
A good knowledge of wine is not essential but would be of great use, basic cocktail knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
Rate of pay will be hourly plus tips.
Our opening hours are WEDNESDAY to SATURDAY lunch & dinner.
