We are working with a reputable care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for one of their flagship homes in the Inverness area. The home is performing exceptionally well, with strong Care Inspectorate outcomes, high occupancy levels, and an established, fully staffed team already in place. As a result, this role would suit a manager who enjoys building on success, developing teams, and driving continuous improvement rather than firefighting operational challenges.

About You
We are keen to hear from:
- Current Registered Managers with a proven track record within elderly care
- Experienced Regional Support Managers, Peripatetic Managers, or Regional Managers looking to return to the day-to-day ownership and leadership of a single service
- Leaders with a passion for delivering outstanding care and creating positive outcomes for residents and staff alike
- Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing a care home as a Registered Manager
- Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrable experience leading and developing teams
- Commercial awareness with the ability to maintain high-quality care alongside strong operational performance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
