As a Care Assistant, you'll deliver person-centred domiciliary care with dignity and compassion — supporting daily living, administering medication safely, and helping people live independently in their own homes — while keeping accurate records and working closely with families and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, mobility) and meal preparation/feeding support, per care plans
- Administer medication safely; take basic observations (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight)
- Support daily living tasks (light housework, bills, correspondence) and provide companionship
- Monitor and promptly report changes in condition; maintain accurate, confidential records
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, infection control and CQC standards; report concerns immediately
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals; attend training/supervision
What We're Looking For
- Caring, compassionate, reliable and a clear communicator with good written English
- Flexible with shifts (including weekends); able to work independently and as part of a team
- Based in Leeds (or willing to relocate); care/dementia experience and CQC knowledge preferred
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 months UK care experience (or higher)
- Fluent English, spoken & written (or IELTS 6+)
- Fully funded training from day one — Care Certificate, NVQs and beyond
Desirable
- Valid UK Manual Driving Licence with fewer than 6 points
