Since opening our doors back in May 2023 our client base has grown significantly, with new clients continuing to register every day. We are looking to recruit a compassionate, outgoing and organised individual who excels in a client facing role, and enjoys client interaction to join our highly skilled and friendly team.
- Full time position based on 40 hour week
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9.00-12.00)
- £26,000 -£28,000 (pro rata) based on experience
- 5.6 weeks holiday including bank holidays (Pro rata)

Responsibilities & Requirements
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and diary management
- Taking phone calls and respond to client enquiries
- Processing payments and insurance claims
- Be detail orientated and maintain accurate client/ patient records
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary nurses with various tasks as needed
- Previous experience working in a veterinary environment with knowledge of veterinary terminology/ procedures is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail essential
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computers and the willingness to learn new systems
