About the School:
A highly supportive primary school in Kidderminster is looking for an ECT Early Years Teacher to join their Reception team. The school values a nurturing approach and provides an excellent induction programme for Early Career Teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality EYFS lessons that focus on play-based learning.
- Support early literacy and numeracy development in young learners.
- Work closely with teaching assistants and SENCO to support children with additional needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support children’s progress.
- Engage in professional development and training to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a passion for Early Years education.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and phonics schemes.
- A patient, nurturing, and creative approach to teaching.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
