Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tarmac Rake Hand to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and smooth finish of tarmac surfaces for patching works. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Must be able to drive to various jobs in Northants for patching works
Duties
- Work will be patching works
- Assist in the laying of tarmac by using a rake to spread and level materials.
- Ensure that the surface is smooth and free from imperfections.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow on-site.
- Conduct regular checks on equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Skills
- Must have CSCS card
- must have 7.5t driving license
