Burghley Care is a premium adult residential care provider with an exciting future ahead. With three brand‑new care homes opening in 2026, we’re looking for passionate Senior Care Assistants who want to play a key role in shaping high‑quality, person‑centred care from the ground up.

About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll provide exceptional hands‑on care while supporting and guiding the wider care team. You’ll be a role model for best practice, ensuring residents receive consistently high standards of care in a warm, respectful and homely environment.
This role is ideal for someone who loves both caring for others and helping teams grow and succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering premium, person‑centred care with dignity and compassion
- Leading by example and supporting Care Assistants during shifts
- Acting as a point of contact for residents, families and the care team
- Assisting with medication, care plans and daily documentation
- Ensuring Burghley Care’s high standards, policies and values are upheld at all times
- Supporting a calm, positive and professional atmosphere throughout the home
Who We’re Looking For
- An experienced care professional with a genuine passion for excellence in care
- Someone confident in supporting, mentoring and motivating others
- Calm, reliable and compassionate, even in busy or challenging situations
- Committed to delivering outstanding quality care, every resident, every day
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) is desirable
