Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing a positive first impression.
- Take drink orders accurately, offering recommendations and answerings about the menu.
- Prepare and serve beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed during service.
- Manage all transactions handling payments using electronic methods and issuing receipts accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and handle customer inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality bartending, serving, or restaurant environments is preferred, however, training will be given for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage preparation.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Basic math skills for handling electronic transactions accurately.
- A friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
