The Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable 1:1 Tutors to join our team in Doncaster. As a 1:1 Tutor, you will work closely with students to provide personalised instruction in a variety of subjects, helping them to improve their understanding, boost their confidence, and achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to the student’s individual needs and learning pace.
- Prepare and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Assess the student’s progress regularly and adjust teaching methods to ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide feedback to students and parents/guardians on progress and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress.
About You:
We are looking for passionate educators with:
- A strong background in the subject(s) you wish to tutor.
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule.
- Relevant qualifications or a degree in the subject area.
