Job Summary
Brightside is the leading and largest specialist organisation in Northumberland, providing a wide range of unique, high quality and educationally focused services to 18-35 year olds across the continuum of additional needs.
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and caring individual to provide cover within our Breakfast Club and Wrap Around Care provision, with the possibility to provide sickness and absence Bank support worker cover during service hours.
Hours required (subject to service needs): Currently 10.5hours per week contracted.
- Monday to Friday
- Breakfast Club: 7:30am – 9:30am
- After School Club: 3:30pm – 5 / 5.30pm
- Applicants must be available for both session when required
Additional BANK Support Worker contract to provide holiday and absence cover during service hours, 9.30am - 3.30pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, engaging, and supportive care for children during Breakfast Club and Wrap Around sessions.
Additional Information
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check, in accordance with legal requirements, and the successful candidate will also be required to provide both personal and professional references as part of the recruitment process as well as completion of all required learning.
The suitable candidate will require a patient, calm, and composed approach.
