We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Classic Cocktail knowledge
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver drinks promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible serving policies.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
- Follow all health, safety, and food safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
